Angled onions are in season and I used some to make some pasta pesto earlier today.
Rather than just pick enough for that dish, I made a double batch and saved some for this.
Really simple, and use any pesto! Just crumble some firm tofu into different size chunks, stir in a load of pesto, air fry for about 25 minutes at 200C.
I served these with mash potato - the variety of textures and flavours insane!
